airport users said that the most important to provide adequate service are the existence of a friendly, open and relaxed, clean facilities, comfort of waiting areas, the availability and health of toilets and friendly staff, among others.

ACI Director General Angela Gittens, said the survey results are "a reflection of the important customer service, commitment to quality service and modern facilities Asian, "noting especially the Seoul-Incheon airport for having achieved the top ranking for the fifth consecutive year.
